Truth Leaves LLC ("we", "us" or "our") operates truthleaves.com (the "Website"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you visit the Website or make a purchase.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you place an order, contact us or sign up for our newsletter, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the contents of your message. Payment details (card number, expiry, CVC) are entered directly on Stripe's secure checkout page and are never received or stored by us.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) collects standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps — to deliver the site securely and protect against abuse. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the Website is used in aggregate.
How we use your information
- To process and fulfill your orders, send confirmations and tracking information, and handle refunds.
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
- To send promotional emails if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To improve the Website and our products.
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed to do so: Stripe (payment processing — see Stripe's privacy policy), our shipping carriers and fulfillment warehouse (to deliver your order), our email provider (to send order and marketing emails), and Cloudflare (website hosting and security). We do not sell your personal information.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.
Cookies
The Website uses only the cookies strictly necessary to operate (for example, to remember your bundle selection and protect forms from spam) and, where enabled, analytics cookies that help us understand traffic in aggregate. Stripe sets cookies on its checkout pages for fraud prevention. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the services and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to receive a copy of your data. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. California residents may also request details about the categories of personal information we have collected and shared; we do not sell personal information.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS throughout the Website and PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Children
The Website is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
