United States. Standard shipping is $4.97 per order. Shipping is free on 3-month and 6-month Cardio Glow Tea bundles. Most orders ship from our warehouse in Englewood, Colorado within one business day and arrive within 2–4 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

International. Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. We ship via USPS to help avoid customs delays; delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on the country. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Refund terms

  • Refunds are limited to your most recent purchase and equal the purchase price of that order.
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • Remaining product must be returned to the address provided by our customer service team at the time of your request.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product and are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please include your full name and order number with all refund requests.
  • Wholesale orders, bulk orders placed for resale, and orders exceeding 12 pouches are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
